SOLD - 1984 Darrell Green #380 ROOKIE CARD

$0.00

SGC 8: #7073575 - Near Mint to Mint

Darrell Green was widely regarded as one of the fastest players in NFL history. Throughout his career, he showcased exceptional speed and quickness, making him a standout player in terms of pure speed. While it is difficult to definitively determine the fastest player in NFL history due to varying eras and limited data, Green's speed was legendary. During the 1986 NFL Combine, Green recorded a 4.43-second 40-yard dash. He consistently displayed his quickness and acceleration on the field, often running stride-for-stride with some of the fastest wide receivers and running backs in the league. This allowed him to excel in coverage as a cornerback and become a formidable force in special teams as a punt returner. His speed was a defining characteristic of his Hall of Fame career and set him apart from many of his peers.
